Terms and Conditions
By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These Terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our responsibilities as a service provider.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1. General Conditions
1.1. Table and Tablecloth
Customers are responsible for providing all tables and tablecloths required for service setups across all bookings.
1.2. Access to Power Supply
A power socket must be available near the service station. This is a requirement for all services unless agreed otherwise.
1.3. Decor and Schedule
If the customer does not specify a particular colour scheme or service time, neutral decorations will be used, and services will be delivered based on our internal schedule.
1.4. Guest Count & Service Limit
If the number of guests at the event exceeds the agreed number, an additional charge will be applied depending on the actual number of additional guests present.
Portion Limit
A maximum number of servings will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any servings beyond the agreed number will incur an additional charge.
1.5. Timings
All services apart from our gol gappa, welcome drinks and chaat station (lasting up to 1.5 hours) will last up to 2 hours, a late start through no fault of us will not defer the previously scheduled times
1.6. Equipment and Damage
The customer is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or improper site conditions. Equipment must remain at the site of our staff at all times.
1.7. Parking
Parking space must be made available to our staff as close to the premises as possible. Any applicable parking fees or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Parking in London
Where available, parking spaces must be provided to customers at or near the premises in London. Please note that parking in London is subject to strict regulations and may be limited. Any applicable parking fees, congestion charges, or penalties incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. The provider does not guarantee the availability of parking and accepts no liability for fines, charges, or towing resulting from improper parking.
1.8. Respectful conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our staff and customers. Abusive, threatening, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward any member of staff—whether verbal or physical will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate appointments, if such behaviour occurs.
1.9. Package deals
Please note that no more than two manned services can be operated simultaneously.
1.10. Customised stickers
Any custom stickers must be confirmed at least 1 month before the event. Stickers will be provided and there will be a base rate of £30 varying on how many stickers are needed.

2. Service-Specific Conditions
Nachos Station
2.1. A microwave must be available and accessible at the venue.
2.2. Station must be set up close to a plug socket.
2.3. Tables and tablecloths must be provided by the customer.
Welcome Drinks
2.4. Customers are responsible for providing all necessary glasses.
2.5. Tables and tablecloths must be provided by the customer.
2.6 All welcome drinks must be inside to prevent insects invading the area
Pancake Station
2.7. The pancake station is for indoor use only, unless prior written agreement has been made for an outdoor setup.
2.8. If pancakes are served outdoors and the weather changes to rain an extra £50 charge will apply.
2.9. If a pancake cart is not specifically requested on the booking form, a standard table setup will be provided.
2.10. Pancakes are not suitable for individuals with allergies.
2.11. Tables and tablecloths must be provided by the customer.
2.12. Pancakes are unlimited to the guests, however toppings are limited to 2 per guest
Strawberry Cups
2.13. If booked as part of a package deal, a maximum of 200 portions will be served.
Bubble Tea Station
2.14. A plug socket must be available. Failure to provide access to electricity may result in delayed or service, for which we are not liable.
2.15. Customers are responsible for providing a suitable table and tablecloth for the station setup.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. If you experience any issues with the service provided, you must notify us politely within 24 hours of the event.
3.2. Any complaint must be accompanied by photographic evidence for a refund to be considered.
3.3. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on the evidence and nature of the complaint.

4. Liability
4.1. We are not liable for any issues resulting from the customer’s failure to provide the required equipment (tables, tablecloths, power supply, glasses, etc.).
4.2. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to food items, particularly for individuals with allergies. Customers are advised to inform guests accordingly.
4.3. If no specific colour scheme or branding is requested by the customer, a standard neutral setup will be provided.
4.4. The customer is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, or improper site conditions.
